The company
Who is behind Oomira?
Oomira is built and operated by Oomira Holdings Inc., registered in Ontario, Canada. The founder is Katherine Homuth, who previously founded SRTX, the materials science company behind Sheertex. This page states the company facts a buyer or investor checks first, each with the date it is true as of, because that is exactly what Oomira tells its customers to do.
The reason this page exists is the product working on us. Our own AI-visibility report found that the facts a buyer checks first (who is behind this, is it funded, is it real) were carried nowhere on oomira.com and only by registry aggregators, so every agent answered them from somebody else’s page or hedged. That is precisely the finding a report hands a customer, and this page is the fix applied to ourselves.

The legal entity
The company behind oomira.com is Oomira Holdings Inc., registered in Ontario, Canada, and Oomira is the operating name. The incorporation is on the public record in the Ontario business registry, which is where to check it rather than taking our word for it.
The work, from the start
Oomira builds a sourced, dated record of what is actually true about a company, so people and AI don’t have to reconstruct it every time. What 2025 went into was the layer underneath: the fact model, the temporal rules that let a record say when something became true and when it stopped being true, and the extraction that fills it. Public comes first, and the order is deliberate. Reachable without asking anyone for access. No security decision in front of getting started. Far less contaminated than the average company drive, which makes it the better baseline to build everything else on. And it is what the agents answering questions about your company are reading today. So the front door is the AI visibility report. It reads a company the way an agent does and keeps every fact it finds with its source and the date it became true. That is the first version of its record. Your documents, your connected accounts and your own answers go on top of it. All of it is software you can buy today: a free scan, a $29 report, and subscriptions at $20 and $99 a month. The early coverage is accurate about what was said in 2025 and we would not change a word of it if we could.
The founder
Katherine Homuth founded Oomira after founding SRTX, the materials science company behind Sheertex. She writes about building Oomira in public at kathomuth.substack.com, and the company publishes its own record the same way it coaches customers to: dated, sourced, and agent-readable.
Funding and team
As of 2026-08-13 Oomira is independent and revenue-funded: it is owned by its founder and paid for by the companies that use it, with no outside investors. That shapes what it optimises for, because a company funded by its customers answers to them rather than to a funding round. When that changes, this page will state the new value with its own date; the old one stays part of the record.
